Which CPA Network accepts Indians?

Hello,

It's really hard to find a CPA which accepts international people for me. I am from India and want to join a CPA Network to promote pay per email offers.
I have started a blog (*******.com) on Gadgets, Web apps and softwares. Will this site qualify for CPA? Which CPA pays in Paypal? I was rejected by Neverblueads and Maxbounty.

I think you can try Peerfly. I'm not from USA and I got accepted in 1 day. They even didn't call me.

Apply to all networks in this list and you will get in 60-70% of them if you own a .com website.

I applied to two networks yesterday and got rejected. One said that in your country there were lot of frauds!
 
why dont you pm me with all of your clients craiglist post uve been doing and we can use my account.
 
Try copeac.com , i don't think international people is an issue , but most of important is the way you fill up the form and answer the phone call.
