Go to Greece Mykonos, i am from Greece and i have to say Mykonos is the best place for nightlife, another good place is Cyprus Agia napa.. If you want something cheaper you can go to Ukraine its cheap and there are beautiful women!

Goa is the best for nightlife in India, then Mumbai ( Mumbai is 12hour drive from goa, and Regular flights )
is it good ? in my openion it is pretty good, but you have to decide it for yourlself. do some reserch , quora and youtube can help a lot in that.

I would choose Budapest in Hungary or Mamaia, in Romania (this in summer time as it is a seaside destination)
