Which countries have seller accounts that use paypal as a payment method?

i'm so tired of ebay managing payment , i want to use paypal , i want to know which country is using and i will create a stealth account

You can create eBay accounts with Paypal for any country. But I'm getting suspended after first listing.

There are plenty of countries which allow to use paypal as the primary payment method, you can dig out this information on the officla website of paypal, I guess there is a list of countries where it's allowed to use. Nevertheless, you can use another payment method in case paypal doesn't work in the country you need. Of course, paypal is a very convenient payment method, however there are lots of other payment methods which are underestimated in my opinion. Just search for such methods in the internet and try to use them. I bet you won't be disappointed actually. Paypal is cool, but sometimes it's too restricted.
