Hello I want to start selling on the Ebay but I can not start selling because I need 25 positive reviews in the country of Hong Kong. I would like to know what country to register the ebay-paypal, to sell at once? Which countries are best for registering on ebay?I look forward reply, thank you!

ebay ireland is the one i use without problem, the money are not held 21 days like on ebay usa

Just start with a USA eBay account. The limits are much better and you can make one or purchase one easy enough.
