Hello.
How are you all?
I am from India.
I have my own domains purchased from namesilo and hosted on NameCheap.
My question is my web host is Namecheap with USA location.
I have read on their site that the DMCA rule which is a USA rule will be applicable.
So is this right?
I don't need to think about Indian copyright rules?
The copyright rules are applicable based on the server location.
Did I get it right?

Its going to be both, the website is based in the USA so it will have to obey US copyright laws. However, since you are in India and operating the website from India you will have to obey Indian copyright laws as well.

Just hide behind Cloudflare and make sure to remove all DNS signs that point toward NameCheap Hosting (Eg. MX Records)

No one will report your site if they don't were the site is hosted.

But make sure to move to new hosting as soon as possible because you would still be leaving DNS trails.

I use cloudflare on everything i host, for this exact purpose :D

How can u hide mx records when using cloudflare? MX records are not proxied/hidden by cloudflare, if u do that u won't receive the mails.

I meant to say to remove the default Namecheap MX records which every cPanel shared hosting adds in DNS records. Why care about branding your custom email if you are doing something illegal, just go with anonymous email services like ProtonMail.
