Which converts better iframe or exit popup ?

I am doing something like $3 in 2-3 days from cpa. It appears as an exit popup.

Do you think it will convert better if I iframe it in a post/page ?

exit pop ups when used correctly convert very well. One reason for your low numbers could be the offer/or wrong type of traffic....another suggestion is to do a 1week test between the two
