get server in one place and management in another. Yes that would be a bit more expensive, but at the same time that will give you some kind of freedom and you will be able to change your provider as often as you need to, using the same management team.

you could go with a KVM VPS and have dedicated CPU for your hosting plan. Guessing you are on an openVZ which shares all resources with everyone on the server
