Don't choose sites with spam score. Nil Spam score is preferred.
Any site with Some DA/PA Min.10 and some Referring domains Min.100 are okay to book.

What you shared isn't enough to make a decision. Have you checked their history and backlink profile? DA/PA aren't the only metrics you should be looking at when buying an expired domain.
