I suggest you to try with wordpress. It would be the best option for you. I think you will get all the options on wordpress. Wordpress is easy to maintain and control. You have mentioned that you are familiar with HTML, CSS and PHP. So you can easily make your website more dynamic.

Use WordPress and don't sweat about it any longer.

It's currently the most widely used CMS, its free, has great support etc etc.
