Which CMS choose for a blog?

Hello,
I want to start a blog but not be sure which CMS use for this project. Do you guys think a Wordpress would be the best option if I don't want to be worried about a SEO, time-saving and ability to setting own design or maybe there is better choice for a blog with my own educational content which be over time converted into passive side income?

Definitely.

You can get everything done in few a few clicks.

I focus on SEO and I don't find other solution out there to be that SEO friendly. Especially permalink structures can be a nightmare.

Downside is popularity which means in cyber attacks as well. So secure your site

Blogspot? But they do not allow to set permalinks! And Tumblr is limited too.

If you have money to pay for a host and domain, I recommend Wordpress.

If you don't, I recommend Blogger.

WordPress is undeniable the best blogging CMS currently. Plus, it is friendly to beginners (you sound like one). Start with WordPress, change to others when you are comfortable with WP.
