hello everyone .. i'm going to buy dedicated server with worldstream ..
but i have one confusion which centos is best
CentOS 5.11 32-bit ,
CentOS 5.11 64-bit ,
CentOS 6.6 32-bit ,
CentOS 6.6 64-bit ,
CentOS 7.0 64-bit​

because i want to use cpanel for first month or sometime i will need then i will renew

Server Specification
Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 3.30GHz
Memory: 16GB ECC DDR3 RAM
Drive 1 :500GB HDD
50TB Traffic per month

100Mbit Premium Network

If you intent to use whm, then go with latest centos and convert it to cloudlinux

new stable version is always best. cpanel support centos 7 now so you must go with centos 7 64 bit

if you want to use for personal website then i will suggest you stay away from cloudlinux.
 
If you've used CentOS 6 before, CentOS 7 may take some time to get into as some things are quite different. However, if this is the first ever CentOS that you lay yours hands on, go with 7. There's no point in using 32bit these days, so take 64bit. As seopencil already said - stay away from Cloudlinux if you're only using the server for your own sites - believe me, you don't want to see "Resource limit reached" message.

As for panel, choose something else than cPanel - cPanel is only popular because of their aggressive marketing strategy. In reality, this panel is overloaded with things that will make you confused and that you'll never use anyway. It also limits your ability to fix things via command line. There are other panels (free and paid), such as DirectAdmin (I, personally, love it), CentOS Web Panel, Virtualmin and lots more to choose from that can do the same job and may be easier to use.
 
i want to use this for my personal website .. i only want to install 2 websites .. i never use any vps or dedicated server before .. its my first time .. before i used shared hosting ..
 
I will agree with SharkServers , cPanel don't worth nor the money nor the features that it has. I'm also using CentOS 7 64bit on my VPS's.

I would suggest you if you haven't yet got your VPS to go with www.webuzo.net . I haven't meet more stable offshore hosting in Europe (Bulgaria) yet.

And they will provide you with the WEBUZO VPS Panel , it has all the features and almost same look of cPanel but won't cost you 15$ month... since you will get it free, also is not resource eater average 50-120MB of RAM is requested . With it you can manage/configure your SQL/DOMAINS/EMAILS/ NGINX / APACHE. With the cost of clicks you have ready web server in less than 5 minutes.

cPanel has its good years because was the only panel with really user friendly UI..

i didn't find reviews of webuzo .. that's why i didn't go for them . i chat with them before few days there staff is very nice .. but lots of hosting are very nice before you are not a customer
 
no CentOS is the best CentOS. If you can, go with Ubuntu or Debian
 
I wouldn't go with CentOS 7 just yet for a cPanel server. There are a few warnings when it comes to use cPanel with CentOS 7

I would go for CentOS 6.7 64 bits.

Most ( 95% of) reviews are fake , normaly Qhoster/HostGator/Underground/1and1 etc etc.. It is normal to not find reviews for serious providers. They don't have the time nor want to spam with fake reviews. I actualy manage to find some reviews from some users on other forums.

Don't trust the random reviews most of them are fakes trust me :).

Don't be afraid of using their service :)
 
Get the latest stable version. THis is true for any flavor of any operating system. This ensures that you get all the security holes patched and get the best performance out of your server.
 
I would prefer 6.5 because it is stable... 7.0 is too new and when it comes to OS it is not always a good idea to use the latest version
If you have 4GB of RAM or more then you should go with the 64-bits version
