Got a Droid Bionic when it came out, but I'm kind of tired of it, was thinking about switching back to the iPhone but now I find the screen too small , so I think I'm going to the new Razr until the iPhone 5 comes out and see if it's worth switching to.

I think it is a Nokia 8210. Bit old but it is all I need since I hate mobiles.
Most of my calls are through voip and the mobile is just to receive calls from people that are not close friends.

Mobiles are not that healthy so I avoid them.

I use a moto droid (milestone) with the qwerty keyboard. Am somehow never able to type on the touch screen, so a solid phone(quite solid this one, you could kill with it) with a qwerty is my choice.

Most of the times, I'll be in front of my computer, so I switched from my N6270, which was pretty heavy to a basic nokia 1280.

I wouldn't, Apple deploys a solid phone with a solid OS, for the months that I owned the iPhone4 I didn't have one single problem with the software on it, it's solidly developed, doesn't crash, or freak out (Like not letting you unlock your phone by shutting your display off a second after turning it on, sending/receiving messages under the wrong contact information), or drain battery too bad (All this happens on a fresh factory reset device).

Apple's closed ecosystem allows a far superior phone, in my opinion. IF the iPhone 5 comes out with a bigger display, I guarantee I'll buy it the first day it comes out. Droid has a nice platform, but it's just not as stable and solid as Apple's, so therefore I'll never recommend the Droid.
