what about cloud flare ? as Max CDN manually taking to much time to instal.
Why not both? Cloudflare (free) for html, Maxcdn for css, js, img. Works like charm.
Last time took me 2minute to install Maxcdn.

I can recommend CDNsun mainly because of their prices.

I use Amazon Cloudfront. As difficult as their pricing structure looks you end up literally paying peanuts at the end of the month.
ps. and by peanuts i mean you pay almost nothing.

MaxCDN works fine, Cloudflare too but I haven't tried the paid plan.
