if your interested in signing up, as its a tiered program let me know and you can sign up under my name, it just means i get extra comms from them, doesnt affect your comms at all

It's like asking which affiliate network to join.
What do you want to promote? US traffic? EU traffic? Poker? Casino? Blackjack? Do you want CPA or %? Do you want Pay per lead maybe?
Do you want to promote live dealers? Nude poker maybe? Is personal care more important to you than the affiliate payout?
There are too many factors that prevents you from being general and if you want to target the "general public" then maybe online casino is not the right choice here.
