Japanese cars are more reliable then German cars or American cars, its just marketing by German car companies that makes people think German cars are the best.

Really? Have you ever checked how many times do japan cars takes their cars back because of engine/pedal faults ?
Have you ever thought that why even japan car company owners use german cars ?

Honda City is the only of the three with a 5-speed automatic. inb4 people say "get manual"
All of them have 5-speed manual...with Ford having the option of 6.
Unless I'm reading it wrong, engines of comparable size (~1.4L):
Ford - 95 hp
Toyota - 105 hp
Honda - 115 hp
Weight:
Ford: 1,100 kg
Toyota: 1,040 kg
Honda: 1,155 kg
Using d-bag purchasing method of power/weight, Toyota wins. I'd probably pick that regardless. Never liked Honda too much, but I wouldn't necessarily have a problem driving the City, and the Ford is apparently a rally car with a potential 6-speed transmission...leading to irresponsible decisions.
