Which BST style do you prefer?

Simple text

As long as it delivers the goods I don't mind text but I have come across your signature and it would be good to have graphics as well.

I prefer reading what the seller has to offer in simple text rather than a giant graphic, unless I am looking for graphic designers ofcourse.

Graphics is fine but if the OP gets overloaded with it then its a mess.
Most of the time I just skip them and start reading from bottom.

Text! Those huge graphics are ridiculous. I am scrolling like mad to find out what he is actually doing, the prices and shit. Sure, put an image or two, but ffs write in plain text what you are offering..

A short, straight to the point BST.

But newbies seem to like graphic stuff so depends on your targeted customers.

Each to his own... Some prefer to have it organized and showcase what they offer and some just dont care about "branding" or simply dont have to afford a graphic designer.

I always say shorter = better when people deliver me 1.5k+ sales threads...

Something like this: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/smartproxy-io-5mln-premium-rotating-residential-proxies.1021683/

Which is really readable, one mistake that designers do, they use a way to higher scale for their text on design.

Combined with few paragraphs of text.

You know why they prefer a bit bigfer design? Look at it on mobile phone and tell me if you can read it properly withoit zooming in or eye straining yourself

I agree with that but on a 15 inch laptop that big text it's messy, when a title it's the size of BHW logo the eyes don't like that

Hi, @Nerva. You should have inserted a poll on this thread so we can vote. :)
Anyway, it looks like the majority prefers a text version.

Really depends on how you make the design. Of course if you want the thread to make an impact you have to play with wording and sizes. We dont have any stats for mobile or desktop users but I expect its 50% at least thats on mobile on bhw. Would you lose people over not being able to read the thread? Dont think so :p

Old members don't fall for fancy overloaded threads, that works only for newbies. Your service presentation has to be straight to the point, good overall looking and impeccable customer service.

I prefer text, but I can tell you now that graphic pieces serve as a stronger imprint in someones mind after they leave the thread. Which is why they work well.

Moreover, they can create the perception of a "brand" if they are created well. This all ties into stronger purchasing signals. Therefore, it is in the interest of a BST creator to utilize visual stimuli to some extent. My previous BST was a very short graphic. It mostly only converted senior members.

Oh, and it is easier to pick up, excite and entice newbies with what I've stated above. Lots of colors, sharp, flat images, and bold promises.

Ones with an order form. I'm instantly put off by manual PayPal credits and emailing orders through.

Both when done right.

I don't like plain text without formatting though. If you use text only, at least format it, so key features, packages, prices are highlighted.

Plain text or graphics, the design should be transparent (as in easy to percieve).
