I was hoping I could put down Lynx but although it works, sadly it's just doesn't work ON the modern web. I tried it recently. So that being said, GNOME web. I have heard good things about Librewolf too though although I've never tried it. On Mac I tend to use Firefox.

Firefox and Chrome for daily use. Opera with their VPN switched on when I need to do something that requires using a VPN.
I have been looking into Vivaldi browser and consider using it instead of FF. Vivaldi has lots of unique functions that other browsers do not offer.

I use MS products on a daily basis
The sidebar is nice for things I need to have opened asap (AI etc)
I use split screen alot.
Firefox has some very nice features but, performance and just UX wise, its lacking.
We will be getting screwed regardless by the big companies, so if I had to pick between Chrome & Edge, I would choose Edge.
For now, as the time of this post anyways
Also... Microsoft is known to neglect their products and just watch it die off while squeezing the last penny out of us; while Google is more known to kill it off once it isn't profitable.
I dont have an allegiance to any company nor their browsers
Whatever is easier to use and has the least negative impact (to me) is what I would use.
I don't mind switching browsers at the end of the day, my productivity cannot be impacted.
