It could be anything to be honest. That name afaik is the name of the "twitter app". You could have an application named blackhatworld for an example. Just that your app needs to be approved.
So,. what are you trying to achieve here? Post every minute? I have tried that before with twitter api (crypto price ticker) and they disabled my app. Then I increased the timing to every 20-40 minutes randomly, and that's all fine till date.
