I've been unable to find any settings that will work without issues for running comments. I get account verifications daily and accounts are deleted periodically (every 3-4 weeks). I don't believe this is an issue of FollowLiker, but rather IG monitoring.

Yes you can if you know the ID of the picture. Instagram is strict with commenting because they know that it is one one the fastest ways to get traffic to your profile, so you have to make sure that each account don't post too much comments per day. Also ensure that your accounts are doing other tasks along with commenting, maybe a little following/sharing pics... in between.
 
Using FL with optimal settings, getting lots of comments and likes but only 20ish followers per day. Used Avenger bot but support was awful, they never responded to emails, no user guide - can't recommend that bot.
