Which blogging plugin do you need?

Hello,

I'm a php coder and I want to code a plugin for wordpress. But I need ideas about something unique. I don't want to duplicate something that already exists. Either when we do so we must think about unique features to an existing concept.

Plugins I made in the past were
1- plr articles auto poster (makes posts from text files)
2- article grabber (grabs articles from article directories and posts them to the blog)

Brainstorm is needed by your help. Looking for your ideas.

wow,great.i think you can code a plugin which can pull articles from ezinearticles.com and insert the suitable images from flicker.com or other places.both are automaticlly.

zhxlay, such plugins already exist and are @downloads here.

This prob. exists too somewhere but I'd like to see a plugin that just pulls content from articles directory, translates it with any of the online translation engines and posts only the translated article. Not the original. This would be really really good for non US marketers with some cloaking tools <3

I am having trouble finding a plugin that scrapes images off the web (like flicker) based on keywords and automatically appends them to posts.

As an example, I am building a blog that uses Caffeinated Content to pull articles from ezines and then another plugin rewrites the content to make it more unique since Caffeinated Contents rewriter doesn't work anymore. The content is good for what I am doing and the rewriting is good too (not good for humans but for robots which is all I need to worry about). The only problem is I don't have any images for these posts. It would be nice to automatically generate images for these posts as well.


Maybe that Caffeinated Content guy will get off his ass some day and fix his plugin and add rss feed capabilities, I don't know,,,

Anyways, looks like everyone is talking about autoblogs and specially images in posts. Are images in posts really that important?

Do you guys need different image for every post using the same search keyword?

A plugin that can grab content from any wordpress blog and its comment , since wordpress is page display is pretty much standard a general plugin specialized for wordpress scraping would be cool just like the amazon and youtube content scrapers (e.g CC)

Yes images are important , they make the blog less boring and u get traffic from google image search . It also helps in making the the content more unique
