I have to say Wordpress because they are so easy to rank. Just look at this search result : https://encrypted.google.com/#hl=en&sclient=psy-ab&q=evansville+pawn+shop+sales
7 of the 10 sites listed are my WP blogs, and funny enough is that the free WP blog is #1 after the Google places listings. You can literally blast WP blogs and have 100's of rankings in a few hours.
