Does link building still work these days? Isn't it best just to buy links with high DA scores?
 
For link building you can setup a tiered campaign with only RankerX and a captcha solver like 2captcha. For mass captcha solving Xevil

What do you mean by setting up a tiered campaign? Does it build links automatically? I use to build forum links forum/blog links manually to date, will it be able to build links automatically?
 
If you want good success rate you will need a multitude of tools you can program yourself or buy them, as for buying it would help good results to get the following:

- Xrumer for posting
- Xevil or third party like 2captcha for solving
- PandoraBox or RedButton for doorway
- Scrapebox for your swiss army knife
- Ahrefs for researching

Besides this you'll have expenses for other things such as paying for the servers and domains
think your budget carefully having all these tools without knowledge how to use them will not help at all.

In general for good blackhat results without paying a lot you need to learn how to manage your servers easily this begs a software
like directadmin (paid) or ispconfig (free). If you learn a bit of programming and systems administration you can do all the necessary implements for a very
cheap price. Hope this helps.
 
Scrapebox with a good captcha service and proxies. I mostly use 4G proxies for social media/ecommerce sites and death by captcha.

Any whitehat tool can be used for blackhat purposes although I agree mentioning both of these and no other tool on a thread about blackhat tools is a bit idiotic

I bought gsa ser and gsa cb decade ago. (even i still use scrapbox time to time ) Those are legends ..

The best part these beasts based on user. So it can be black hat or white hat . Totally depends with the user.

Respect those tool companies.
