If you rely on the result of the votes, that will give you false info. Color theory or psychology is an interesting thing, but in this exact case the bigger part in using this or that theme is not psychology. The dark theme has a big advantage, because it's the default and a lot of people aren't even aware that there's a light theme as you can see it from the replies in this thread. Plus for some unknown reason some people say that the dark theme is hurting their eyes (which has nothing to do with psychology either), hence they use the light one. With that said i use the dark one.

I only use the light theme once in 30 seconds don't like it, I really prefer the black theme its just awesome
