Which Banner looks best

I like the top one best, but they are both real good.

I think banner one is the best out of both of them because it's a lot less confusing. I just think the text does not look good scattered around the banner like that. Also the font does not lay over the background very well. Contrast is way off.

I think there is too much text on the bottom one.. maybe make the small text smaller and the big text bigger so that it is clear at first sight.. I guess you wanna give the effect that all the stuff written on the right side is the confusing "seo stuff", good pitch for selling SEO services (I like the idea) but what you (well your client) is offering is not clear enough and is actually shrouded in that anarchy of SEO terms. just my 2 cents..

Top one...but for a seo company i guess the 2nd one is good enough because it explains services.
Honestly they both look good but neither tells the user what you are going to do for them.
The potential client only wants to know what you can do for them, and proof that you can do it. Convey that as simply and clearly as possible on those sweet designs and you will do very well with either.

I think the one on the top Banner is much better coz it's more attractive, number 2 looks OK but for me the simple the better.
