I've not tested this myself with GSA, but WP is very easy to automate so I foresee it working.

litrelly all these tools you have mentioned have designed to streamline various process of SEO including content creation and distribution among these RankerX is quite good on my experience and also point to be noted is now quality is more important than the quantity so it is better to check the automated contents weather they relevant and add value to your visitors or not.

Money Robot and SEO Autopilot is the suitable one since it focus on more content automation.
Ranker X focus more on creating backlinks than managing the content directly.

Is this about posting contents to your own domain websites pages, hosted by say Siteground, Bluehost etc?

That certainly looks to be the intention - to automate posting to Wordpress sites that you own and/or have control of.
As far as I know, RankerX, Money Robot, and SEO Autopilot can automatically post to your blogs, but GSA mainly builds backlinks.
