[which]article & directory submitter

I mean which software is the best to use?
so i dun need to install them all on my pc >.<

I am interested to know which article submitters people have used and think are reliable? I don't mind if they are only semi automated as I will be getting someone to do it for me but I want ones that are updated regularly/reliable etc.
