Which App/Program To Use To Write A Book?

Working on my novel (of course, I am Pushkin), and looking for an advice on what app to use.
I was using Notes as this is where I write down everything, but it's definitely not for book writing. Word seems boring, but does its thing.
I googled for other apps and found Hemingway, but is there anything else? I know there's Grammarly too.
