As I know dolphin and octo have updated to 134

However any other cheaper options?

and have these features:
1. one-click create bulk browsers
2. one-click arrange all browsers on screen

If you're looking for cheaper alternatives with bulk browser creation and easy arrangement, you might want to check out Indigo or GoLogin. Wanted to recommend LS, but they are on 133 as i just checked their version history - the latest one just includes subversions, but still not on 134

By the way, what does it cost to create such software?
 
I think Dolphin is still the best one, but glad to see some recommendations here

lacking these two features make it very inconvenient

for Faster Updates Nothing can beat Dolphin Anty they are really fast with Updates
 
Octo Browser and Undetectable have updated their browser kernels to Chromium 134, atleast in their premium versions.
