Suppose you are advertising a computer training institute on a Q&A website like Quora.

Option A : Posting an answer mentioning that you own the Institute and explainig the pros over others.

Option B : Posting an answer as another student mentioning how the Institute was good.

Assume that the service being promoted is a genuine. Which one will you choose and why?

I would choose option B because I know for myself it was great to read positive reviews from students. Everyone can find pros on the website but what you really looking for is the experience of others.
 
Would go for B, A sounds fishy and more sales, B catches them off guard you catfish you, as it is more relatable to their situation.
 
B. Always be a referrer type of someone else's good thing, where that someone else is you and the referrer is you. Looks for trusted and genuine and not so promoting type.
 
B , people hate when somebody directly approaches them as compared to hey did you check that awesome person's **********
 
Ofcourse Option B.
For traffic and for the sake that the answer will stay live.
What will make you think that a specific SEO service is good?
The owner explaining pro/cons, or an actual review?
 
Use the same old tactics.
Ask the question as one student then answer it as another student referring to your service.

I always assume when people say "suppose" that they are talking about themselfe.
