It MIGHT not be AI, it's quite fast, it looks like good editing from 2 different videos in the old school sense. Correct me if i'm wrong, if they are churning out these quick?

thank you for commenting, but I guess it's AI, take a look at all his videos, it's all in the same style and on his TikTok bio he mentions ''AI weird experiments'' (he might be lying)

Agree with you, It's not AI.
 
It's definitely AI but used in a creative way. They took a normal REAL video. Then took an image of the last frame of the video. Then they used that image to generate the crazy part of the video. Then they put the two together to make one video. Make sense?

I think they did that
And with this quality, I can only think about Veo3 or a custom private AI

That's Veo3 for sure - it's the only AI service today that can generate videos like this. Everything else, including Sora, is not as good.
 
Maybe the highest tier of Kling/VEO/Hailuo with some of their "LoRAs" (or so-called effects/fiters).

Well, I actually kind of enjoy it. It’s so damn weird, it ends up being funny. But yeah, definitely weird as hell.
 
There is whole video in our Chinese app, its real, its much longer than this, but later, someone use AI changed the later part, and u see it like this, scary shit.
 
it is clearly real video with AI in-between.
