Hi everyone,

I've been seeing a lot of social media reels and videos that feature people who look completely real—sometimes performing sports, dancing, or other activities—but I suspect they are AI-generated. They look very convincing and photorealistic, yet I'm pretty sure they don't involve real actors.

Could anyone share which AI platforms or tools are typically used to create such realistic human characters and scenes? I'm particularly interested in platforms that can produce dynamic poses, realistic facial expressions, and natural movement.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or insights!

I'm working on something similar. You have to create avators first as still images, backgrounds and locations, poses then a reference video. Still trying it out. I spent so much time trying different models with mega prompt and it doesn't work.

There are tools now that let you generate pretty convincing people in motion from text or references, but most are still in early stages or require tweaking to feel natural. For example, HeyGen can create realistic talking people from prompts or footage, and platforms like PXZ.ai bundle models that can turn images into video with smooth movement.

Magiclight.ai and Mootion aim for photorealistic human video from text with natural lighting, and motion generators like Hy-Motion or PixelDojo can produce believable actions or animations you can integrate with 3D characters. For full-scene dynamic clips you might look at emerging video generators like ByteDance’s Seedance 2.0 or similar models that produce short realistic video from prompts, though results still vary.

For creating realistic AI-generated human characters with dynamic poses and natural movement, platforms like Synthesia, DeepMotion, and Reallusion (for 3D animation) are popular. RunwayML also offers AI tools for generating photorealistic videos with realistic facial expressions and body movements. These tools can help you create convincing, lifelike characters without real actors.
