Which Affiliate Programs Pay for Both Clicks and Sales

I have been having unsolved problems with getting Google Ads because probably because of my niche which is romance. Secondly, during this Covid 19, getting their approval in Nigeria is very hard.

Unfortunately, my blog traffic is getting wasted everyday. Therefore, I need to know which Affiliate programs I can use to make money with my traffic, especially those one that pay for both clicks and sales.
