Which affiliate networks?

This question is more from an affiliate advertiser rather than publisher, but I didn't see a better section to ask it in.

If you have a product you're selling online and want to push it as much as possible, would you sign up for every affiliate network you could? Do some push through false sales more than others? Is there a site where they're all rated well? I found emonetized.com/44/top-affiliate-networks which lists a ton of affiliate networks, but would you sign up for all of them?

i like clickbank and obviously CJ is very popular. All of the advertisers mentioned on that specific site are well known so signing up to them all would not be a terrible idea however i believe its better to stick to a few campaigns at a time.
(just adding my two pennies)

Clickbank is for digital goods only, and CJ has a $750 signup fee for each URL and my client has 12 different products under 12 different URLs. CJ is also $2500 setup fee and $3000 deposit, so to get everything up and running just seemed like too much money up front. We may use them down the road, but not for now.

I believe what he/she wants is that they have a product. They want this product on as many networks as they can get so that their product grabs affiliates to promote for them from each network. A very wise move and something I do currently.

You will get all you can handle right there. Typically what I do is "clone" a successful product/site and put one of them on networks I like.
