Which affiliate network ?

Which affiliate network would you currently recommend for an ebook with a real solution (high quality) for a health related issue ?

or would you create 3 websites with the same content just diffrent domains and register each of them on a diffrent network ?

An e-book you say? Look into putting it up on Clickbank.

I thought about clickbank too but i got an issue with their reputation.Products on clickbank are crap.Wont it hurt a real solution tested and approved ?
Also i have no webmaster base and nothing else beside the quality content which means my gravity will be 0.
I also read some comments that many bigger players are made at clickbank for adding some kind of header.
Or would it make more sense to create 3 copies on 3 diffrent domains and each one to another network ?
