This entirely depends on whether the traffic CONVERTS into sales or not. I wouldn't buy any traffic without the intent of conversion.

I advise people to avoid this, nothing this cheap will convert well. Propel Ads aka the former Traffic Vance didn't have cheap conversions like this and each post from the op reeks of self promotion for a phishing scam.
