I wonder which Ad Network get the highest CPM for USA?

Exclude of (Adsense Media.net n Adsterra etc).

Google is the biggest ads network and most other ad networks fill their inventory with ads from Google's.

If you have enough traffic(in the millions) you might want to consider header bidding and Google adExchange. I'm not an expert in any of those but I Know when done right they pay well.

Absolutely but the shit get banned me without any reason... it is also so hard to find an alternative

i have 60-70k monthly traffic

I don't know why you were banned.

But if your traffic is not from Google search, you could change domain then go back to any of those Google partners such as Ezoic and co. If it's purely search traffic you're stuck with alternatives. But the truth is, you can't earn anything worthwhile if you're banned from Google's ad inventory due to reason earlier stated.

You might want to try alternative monetization methods such as CPA, affiliate etc. Or you take the bull by the horn, by migrating your domain to a new one and wait for Google search transfer the entire authority.

Actually i am missin the AdSense muchh - AI decided to kill me and i was out of the game...

I tried also Ezoic but they don't accept me

I currently work with Ad Maven, beside Adsense they give the highest CPM rates.
 
If you want the best CPM's you'll need to setup your own stack with header bidding and connect to a variety of demand partners.
