Wht do you mean? You can set link that you want in your own ads if you work as advertiser. As publisher - you post ready ad block on your sites

Normally as an advertiser, you can place links from your site to the ad, that shouldn't be a problem, except if you are writing with some special industries that have some restrictions, like gambling, medicine, etc.
