I want know blog need sitemap or not

Let's say all my links are already getting indexed without the sitemap.

Should I still add the sitemap? If yes, why? What's the benefit?
 
Site map is very important! It lists all the URLs in the blog. It helps google crawlers to know about it. It can improve you SEO

If it already gets indexed easily, I personally wouldn't bother adding a sitemap. According to my limited SEO knowledge, sitemap makes the bots understand our site structure better and indexes the links faster because of that.
 
Very simple and easy to do. Important for Google. Use a plugin like Yoast or Google XML Sitemap and it's done automatically and you don't even have to think about it.
 
if its already getting indexed then adding sitemap will make crawlers even easier to understand your site structure its helpful if you want to boost your SEO ranking.
 
I'd recommend you to add a sitemap of your blog, it helps google to understand structure of your blog.

It won’t greatly boost your site SEO. Search engines should see all the pages that you want them to see. The more pages that they index from you, the more trust your site gains.
 
Sitemap won't improve your ranking but it will help search engine to index your pages.
 
A sitemap is like an address so that Google can find you. You should definitely have one for your blog.
 
Adding a site map to your blog is supposedly good for Google and a domain authority I think you should do it there is also a plug-in so I can automatically do this for you
