YSE is the best source. You can use link:yourwebsite.com as well in Google, however it does not show up all your links.

You can use Market Samurai as well to check backlinks.

There's a "free" version somewhere on BHW.

To check traffic on other websites, try Alexa, Compete, or Google Ad Planner.

IMO this advice is the best...

MS, Yahoo and some of the other services either don't give you all or the actually links. Each one of these offer a little different information.

MajesticSEO does, however it is not free.
