Seriously? None of this $3 a day; writing mad articles like a little peasant. All of us have potential to make serious money because we took initiative and sign up here. With all of that extra hustling your better off just taking an extra shift at work? Lol I understand the residual scaling process but lets try to find where the REAL MONEY is at. (I'm guessing only CPA & Websites)

Agree with you completely. One can $150/day through writing articles. Some website owners pay up to $50 per article for getting a professional review written, now it's up to us to improve our writing skills and get hold of such clients who pay awesome.

No; people. What are your incomes? And actually you don't even really need hard work to make good money. You need "smart work". You can work the hardest in the world but if your not "smart" while doing it, your not making anything. The smartest route is the best route.

You can make money in so many fields of Internet Marketing.
It's not about what type of revenue you are attempting to generate(CPA, Adsense, Affiliate, etc.), it is about WHO is attempting to generate it and HOW they are doing it.
You can make $x, $xx, or $xxx a day with almost any method, even article writing. You just need to learn to dominate the field.
So, to answer your question, "the real money" is everywhere and only YOU can find it. It takes a lot of hardwork and as well as a good amount of trial and error.
There is no easy money in internet marketing. However, hours and hours of work can easily turn into a residual income.

1) Amazing method that makes you make millions while doing nothing
2) Can't stay a secret
3) Everyone knows about it
4) Method saturates
5) Doesn't make anymore money unless you are a spam machine
The truth is there are many different methods, each suitable for this or that person. I agree with OP when he says "work smart". I would go further and say "think like an entrepreneur, not like an employee". Think business plan, sustainable income, multiple revenue streams,.. not "which method will make me a millionaire with the least amount of work done possible". The real money is in a business model.

Actually, you are wrong. I used to think somehow like you, but IamNRE is right, I used to work only with some big clients before, and now I only have lots of smaller clients, but lots of them, talking about thousands here. You just need to provide value to them, and dont start with the arm and drug dealers. We are talking about real businesses here, also you could be a corrupt policeman, but come on, we are just talking about im.
