I 've worked with many people through the years. The best work ethics has been from a programmer from Romania.

How do you know that a specific language expertise belongs to some specific country...

Was there any reliable research or it just whim...

To my best of knowledge country specific programming language is just some kind of jock...

Like if I am a stupid Russian you think I am a Good C coder huh...

Polish coders were the world champions in TopCoder ranking for a few years. They also won a few Google Code Jams - think about them ; )

Not to be a nationalist, but I think my fellow Romanian coders are good as freelancers. Most of them are payed crappy and they frequent sites such as getafreelancer and rentacoder for an extra buck. However, guide your choice based on the reviews of other employers as well.
