Any suggestions on good books or sites to shorten the ramp-up for someone new to the IM game and how to maximize the use of bhw?

Why don't you just use BHW itself or do you have specific problems getting started ?

Thanks for your response. I have zero background in IM and first just getting the terms and processes. example; what is a CPA, and where do I go and how do I set up an account. I'm extremely basic but a quick study.

I have subscribed and am new to all of this too. Looking forward to see what ppl recommend

NOTE: Do not trust to those "trainers", just watch what they are showing you and dont follow them, coz most of them are doing nothing but promoting stuff to you.

Pick a niche of interest and start watching, then pick another niche. Meanwhile read the forum. Don't switch topics too fast, give your brain a time to grind the info. Don't take action right away. Make sure you are familiar with most of the fields in IM. After at least 2 months of learning, pick some very simple method and start doing.
And lastly when you want to open thread and ask something, first spend 20 min of searching the forum, 99% of the time someone asked the very same question in the past. GL
