I have about $5000 available which I want to spend in an online project. I would be interested how you guys would spend the money. The project should earn me at least $3000 a month on a constant basis.

buy a site that is EARNING money and is easy to maintain
 
Yeah, I would get into WH to have LT income from it, while still doing BH on the side. 5K is a good amount to get started with WH though.

I know how you can make $20.000 easily.

make life ensurance (about $1000), buy a cool bike atleast 600cc($4000).

Go on the highway and try to reach the speed of sound. Then hit a brick wall.

You will die and your family will get about 20k.

If death is not for your liking I would recommend saving it.

When you reach more, invest in in something that will generate income, a small apartment and you will have people pay you the rent, etc.
 
Give it to me, and when I turn your $5,000 investment into $10,000 ill give you your money back.

Then I will charge you $5,000 to learn exactly what I did to double your money.

BH search engine cloaking. itll run you around 5k to get started but its some amazing traffic and targetted. the returns are huge.
