Hey all! I'm sure this has been answered and I tried searching some, but couldn't find anything.

I'm a Realtor and want to help increase my rankings for my website, writing local information / news / current event articles and obviously linking back to my site and perhaps neighborhood specific pages (if the article involves that neighborhood).

What is a good way to submit these articles so they get out across multiple sites to help build backlinks? Is there a program? Or even manually submitting them is fine... just don't want to do a 20 minute process for each article.

Thanks!!

Sounds like you need to hire someone to handle this process for you.

In the end, you need to do some outreach and that takes time.

Another way would be to build your own PBN, and that way you control everything.

I need to hire someone to post the articles I write? Is that because only certain people can or..? I've got no problem signing up for websites and submitting them, just wasn't sure if there was a streamline process.

Thanks.

Because it sounds you dont want to do it yourself.

You can begin signing up with medium and sites like that, publishing there.

You can also contact the sites you mentioned, and wait for their reply. Talk with a real person. Then see if they do it.

Then you could also register to HARO and wait for a topic you can answer yourself.

Each of these steps its time consuming. Just your tone in this thread makes me think you dont want to do it.

Go to the marketplace here, or the hire a freelancer forum. You will find the help you need.

I just got a list of 25.000 emails from the keyword - Realtor.
I used Scrapebox. I added the keyword - Realtor - it found I think 50-60 keywords.
I added the keywords and scraped google, bing and yahoo. I found thousands of websites and I extracted emails from those pages - with Scrapebox.

I added emails to an outreach platform (MailJet, Ninja Outreach, BuzzStream, etc.). And I sent them email:

Subject - Reaching out for a blogging chance (or something - check coschedule.com for better subjects).

Text - Hi, just reaching out to say I write articles in the realtor niche and was wondering if you accept guest posts, or articles from third party writers on your website? It would help us rank better on google.

Or something like that.

You can get a few backlinks with every list and you can scrape 10-20k emails a day with scrapebox. I think it costs 70-80$.

*There are other, similar ways, of building backlinks.*

Guest posting would be an ideal choice... if you are more concerned about quality then go for White hat seo technique ( guest blogs), and if you need immediate results go for PBN blogs ( Black hat SEO). you can do it yourself ..or you can get these services in the marketplace. choose reliable seller...

Article directories do not give very good result now. Do link building for the site, it will help in long run.
