Where to start?

Hello guys, I'm looking to start a FB FanPage based on cars. I would appreciate if someone could give me some advice or a guide on how to get some reach, besides my friends. I'm a total noob and I know nothing :/

If you have funds you can get started with FB Ads and paid promotion. If you split test you shoul dbe able to get your clicks down to less than $0.10 per action, depending on what you want them to do.

Likes, Click, Send to Website, Sign Up, Make a Purchase etc
