Previously worked with e-commerce, now I want to try my hand at black hat offers. What direction would you recommend? Budget $1,500

Already purchased Linken Sphere browser, proxies, and a couple of farmed accounts (still no tracker).

What is the best way to search for competitors' ads, and which offers and GEOs are best to start with?

I have been looking into this too. I used to run some e-commerce campaigns, but I am not sure where to begin with black hat offers or which GEOs are still performing well.

I have been wondering about this too. I started looking into Facebook black hat setups recently, but it is hard to know which GEOs or offers actually work without burning through a lot of budget first.
