If you have few bucks left with you, you should begin your online journey by finding an actual offline job and invest the rest of the free time reading this forum and absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Make some spare dough from your day job and invest into your online stuff.
It's super difficult to do things for free these days and I would not recommend it unless there's absolutely no other way and you have so much time to hustle. Even then hosting and domain name is a bare minimum I'd go with.
