As I know you can not spend the money as you wish, it must be related to your business, it must be something that your business needs.
If you spend money on clothes or lottery you will not reduce your tax bill but if you pay for your website, SEO or advertising then those expenses are eligible for deduction.
 
30k , hmmm you can hire good programmer , developer come out those cloud base software with subscription services using your tools . See those IM who sell their own service , product always like this..
than they come out affliate , thus people promote your service.
