If someone was supposed to have some very personal information about someone else, where would they go about posting it and leaking that persons life so that the person was exposed? I am talking passport copy, credit card copy etc. Phone number and a juicy story. Where can someone share such information without getting in trouble self?

WTF, why would you do that? You must be pretty pissed at the person, but still no reason to put all this info out there. Shit, it's probably a felony to release that info in the US.
