I developed software and I would like to share it with people. This soft is for marketers, SEO,...

Where would you publish this information?

I mean: Forums are like half dead, and other half wants you to make 15+ posts till you can publish URL.

Reddit - we will see if it will stick - that is 1 link.

Blog comments are all going to moderation / after while you are spamlisted.

...strange world....

All I want is to give away for some people usefull software. Do I have to pay for it?

If you have any ideas, I am all ears.

You joined in 2010 and have made 6 posts and you comment forums are dead ?

Criteria before allowing people to post URLs is to stop spammers from spamming crap.

Well go to google and start browsing webmaster forums. Come back a tell us, how many are still "alive".

What will be a result? 10? 8?

On all of them I have to "say hi", make usefull posts and than maybe, MAYBE! I will be able to put link on software I am giving away free?

If you're wanting to give the software away consider these sections;

or

RULES QUOTE: "You MAY NOT collect any information (in any form) from BlackHatWorld's members. This includes, but is not limited to, emails/user names/instant message details/etc. In short, there's no list building allowed."

So basicaly I have software that will have monthly updates and for practical reasons I would need user email - to send updates. Yet, looking at the forum rules, I am "dead man".
I appreciate the effort. THX.

So why not update automatically

And it is not a point.

My logical approach is this: I should not be obstructed when I am trying to give something for free, with genuine idea of sharing.

The point is you are collecting data that could be sold on, used for spamming etc. Anyone could give some free software away, collect emails and sell them on. Nobody even knows if your software is any good

i rest my case - just because something is free, it is bad, unethical, and my precious email will be spammed. I forgot for a moment which URL am I browsing.

I didn't say that, twist it how you like
